Whole House Renovation | Coventry

Towards the end of last year, I was working with a private landlord in Coventry, and he was looking to start a project house - taking one of his houses that needed an update, and really going to town with it.

He'd started with a designer, who specified colours, furnishings, fittings and everything in-between. I was tasked with carrying out all of the work, aside from some re-plastering of two of the rooms - I can patch a wall, but plastering isn't my game at all.

Bedroom Renovation

Fortunately, most of the tenants had been moved out to other houses, so there was only really one tenant to work around, and this meant starting in the bedrooms - get the 2nd floor bedroom finished first, so that the tenant could move up there and leave me the rest of the house.

The rest of the work included flooring, custom made furniture, painting, wallpapering, plumbing, new radiator ... a complete renovation top to bottom.
